Our story
HeARTfelt VA Inc. is a dedicated team committed to crafting exceptional experiences. Weekly classes are held with 20-30 students in each class. The classes vary from educational classes and education in the arts. The classes always include hands-on learning after instruction in art, humanities, art history, educational classes, field trips, and more. Students' families sign up for each class on the events and come from all over the County.
Our history
The director is a certified teacher, but also has directed a nonprofit with homeschoolers for educational experiences since 2023. The goal is to build community through arts. Families need affordable options for their kids to get to experience various hands-on art classes. Participating in art engages their senses for development of cognitive, social-emotional, and multi-sensory skills. It also provides brain development, self-esteem, and creativity. Science helps children develop life skills including communicating, being organized, staying focused, and forming opinions on their observations.
